How to split a long WordPress post into multiple pages by pagination

In WordPress, sometimes you require splitting a long single post to multiple pages, as a long post can take more time to load and as a result, it can slow down your website.

Splitting a long post can be achieved by a built-in mechanism in WordPress. You can control where you want to enter page breaks. While you are editing your page/post through the WordPress editor, you need to add tag at the position where you like to split the page.

Now you can enter as many “nextpage” tags as you want. Isn’t that easy. If you enjoyed this post, please comment or share through Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus.
